Required Notice for Loans Secured by First Liens on One-to-Four Family Dwellings. If you have applied for a loan to be directly secured by a first lien on a one-to-four family dwelling, you have the right to a copy of the appraisal report prepared in connection with your application for credit. We will provide you any and all written appraisals and valuations developed in connection with your application for a loan that is secured or would have been secured by a first lien on a one-to-four family dwelling promptly upon completion, but in no case later than three days prior to the closing of the loan, whether we grant or deny the request for credit or your application is incomplete or withdrawn. You may waive the three day waiting period and close the loan sooner, except where otherwise required in law. By signing your loan application and/or commitment letter, you acknowledge receipt of your own copy of this notice of borrowers right to a copy of the appraisal report plus waive your right to receive the appraisal at least three days prior to the closing of the loan you choose to close the loan prior to the three day period. Evidence of your intent to close the loan prior to the three day period will be your execution of final loan documents.
